Straight Answers Before You Choose a Sewer Repair
What will it cost? Will the yard need digging? Could a smaller repair work? Here’s a starting point for the questions we hear from Kansas City property owners.
Are estimates and camera inspections free?
We offer free estimates. Camera inspections are free with qualifying sewer repair or installation. Tell us the property location and what’s happening, and we’ll explain eligibility and access requirements. If inspection charges apply, we’ll discuss them before scheduling.
Can I schedule pipe lining with patented LED curing now?
Yes. We’re accepting pipe-lining jobs with patented LED curing now. We’ll assess your pipe’s suitability and confirm the installation schedule with you. Sewer line repair and replacement are also available.
What’s the difference between repair, replacement and lining?
A spot repair replaces one damaged section. Replacement addresses a longer portion or the whole line. Cured-in-place pipe lining, or CIPP, restores a suitable existing pipe from within. We use the pipe’s condition and your property’s access to explain which approaches fit.
Will a liner fix a belly or collapsed pipe?
No liner can lift a belly or correct the slope, because it follows the existing pipe’s shape. A collapsed section or severe offset may need excavation first. We’ll show you the findings and explain whether repair, replacement or lining makes sense.
What does your 10-year warranty cover?
Every sewer repair, replacement and lining installation includes a 10-year transferable workmanship warranty. Your written agreement explains the covered work, exclusions and requirements for transferring coverage when a property changes hands.
Who will be responsible for my project?
Our owner stays involved on every job. You can speak directly with the owner, ask questions about the estimate and get updates as the work progresses.
Do you serve my part of Kansas City?
We serve the metro in Missouri and Kansas, including Kansas City, Overland Park, Prairie Village, Lee’s Summit, Johnson County, Parkville, Gladstone, Belton and North Kansas City. Call or text your address to confirm service for the property.
How much does sewer line repair cost?
There isn’t one price that fits every line. Damage, pipe length and depth, equipment access, repair method and restoration all affect the cost. We inspect the project before quoting and provide a written estimate. Low overhead and careful planning help us keep pricing competitive.
How much of my yard will need to be dug up?
It depends on the work. Traditional repair and replacement require excavation. Lining can reduce digging on suitable pipes, but access points or separate repairs may still require it. Before you decide, we explain the expected work area and the restoration included in your estimate.
Can you repair a toilet or clear an indoor drain?
That’s outside our service. We focus on sewer line repair, replacement and pipe lining with patented LED curing. We don’t offer toilet repairs or routine indoor drain cleaning.
