When a Smaller Repair Won’t Solve the Problem
A collapsed section, widespread deterioration or a significant slope problem may call for replacement. We review the inspection with you and explain how much pipe needs attention.
Excavation allows us to remove damaged pipe, prepare the trench and install a new line with the required connections. Pipe depth, equipment access and the surfaces above the line all shape the plan.
Know What Happens to the Pipe and the Yard
The new sewer line is only part of the project. Before work begins, we discuss access, the expected schedule and what happens after the pipe is installed.
Your written estimate identifies the replacement scope and the included backfill, cleanup and surface restoration. That makes it easier to plan and compare quotes fairly.
- Confirm the damaged area and replacement length.
- Plan equipment access and excavation.
- Specify the new pipe and required connections.
- Define the included backfill, cleanup and restoration.
Replacement, Repair or Lining? Start With the Condition.
Lining restores a suitable pipe from inside, but it cannot correct every problem. Replacement can address conditions such as certain collapses and grade issues that a liner won’t fix.
If the rest of the line is in serviceable condition, a targeted sewer line repair may be enough. We’ll explain why the recommended approach fits the pipe and compare the total work involved. Pipe lining with patented LED curing is also available for suitable pipes, with installation dates confirmed for each project.
