See What Is Happening Inside the Line
A sewer camera inspection helps identify visible roots, cracks, damaged joints and other conditions inside an accessible pipe. We discuss what the footage shows and which parts of the line could be inspected before recommending work.
Know the Limits of an Inspection
Standing water, heavy buildup, blockages or inaccessible sections can limit what a camera can show. Additional access or cleaning may be needed. A camera inspection is not a guarantee that every defect will be visible; we explain any limitations in the findings.
Prepare for Your Visit
Share the property address, symptoms, any previous inspection video and repair records. Let us know where the cleanout is, if you know. Confirm access, inspection charges and scheduling before the visit. Ask whether your property qualifies for a free camera inspection; eligibility is confirmed before scheduling.
Connect the Findings to a Repair Plan
An isolated damaged section may call for targeted sewer repair. A suitable pipe may be a candidate for pipe lining with patented LED curing, while a severely damaged line may need replacement. Lining cannot correct a belly or improper slope. We explain the options and proposed scope rather than assume every line needs the same solution.
